This design direction takes inspiration from the “Rule of Three” - the principle that arrangement of threes are more natural, harmonious and visual appealing. Similar to the principle of a well-composed Chinese calligraphy painting, it values balanced compositions with rhythmic flow.
DESCRIPTION
The new Shanghainese concept at Shui On will be
positioned as a contemporary and midscale Chinese restaurant that focuses on serving a mix of Shanghainese, Sichuanese and Cantonese dishes, offering authentic flavours with a touch of modernity.
